Thread will conduct an interview process that is completed with the key stakeholders to define the project critical goals and the relevant tasks required to achieve them.
With the benefit of your input Thread will produce a scope of works document that will outline the items of work that will be completed under the engagement, an indicative timeline for completion, and the associated costs for the project.
We will work with you to establish a rhythm that keeps you informed of project progress whilst we design and build key documents to support the execution of the project. Your continual engagement throughout the project will ensure success.
Thread will manage the engagement of potential capital partners and invite qualified parties to participate in the project. We manage the process and critically assess proposals to support your selection in the appropriate capital partner.
Once the appropriate capital partner is selected we will coordinate all key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project. Project success will be achieved through Thread’s management of the process and continual engagement with you.
We will conduct a post-project implementation review to ensure that your goals have been achieved. Your feedback is valued.
