Founding Partner & Managing Director
David is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Thread Capital Partners.
David has over 30 years of Business & Corporate Banking Experience with National Australia Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. David’s extensive career has included specialised roles in credit risk, insolvency and strategic projects.
David has been responsible for the origination and structuring of event driven growth capital transactions for mid market and corporate businesses throughout Australia.
David has structured transactions to accommodate mergers and acquisitions, complex structure corporate financing arrangements, leveraged CAPEX and management buyouts, and conversion of private to public companies.
David has also acquired several businesses in various industries, implementing structured expansion and operating enhancement strategies prior to facilitating lucrative trade sales.
